2 Eggs
4 slices bacon (2 crumbled)
2 slices 'Fake Cheese' (Velveeta Style)
Diced Onion
Sliced Grape Tomatoes
Bacon Grease
Salt & Pepper
English Muffin
Cook Onions in Bacon Grease.
Scramble eggs and 1 slice cheese together.
Add Tomatoes to Onions.
Add crumbled bacon to eggs.
Pour egg mix over onions and tomatoes.
Cook like an omelet.
Layer on toasted muffin with additional bacon and cheese. Yum.
